Siamese Pied Starling

The Siamese pied myna is a starling with black-and-white plumage and a black collar, found in southern Myanmar, Thailand and Laos. It was previously considered a subspecies of the pied myna, which has now been split into three species, and can be distinguished from the Indian and Javan pied mynas by more extensive white (Wikipedia, general species account).
